As your massage therapist, I am dedicated to providing you with the therapy that meets your individualized needs.

I specialize in deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, and prenatal massage. I also offer a unique service called Yoga Therapy.

Yoga Therapy consists of an initial consultation to determine your individual needs, then a 60 or 90 min session of specific yoga poses and massage to facilitate healing and improve your yoga practice. Yoga Therapy is benefical to everyone, especially those brand new to yoga.
